With the gradual maturity of portable energy storage products in many countries, an accelerated replacement of traditional fuel-fired generators has been formed in outdoor power consumption scenarios. At the same time, relying on the complete lithium battery and photovoltaic industry chain in China, Hello Tech, as an early Chinese enterprise entering the portable energy storage arena, has been able to grow rapidly by virtue of China’s unique supply chain advantages.
From 2019 to 2021, Hello Tech’s operating income is 319 million RMB, 1.070 billion RMB and 2.315 billion RMB respectively, with year-on-year growth rates of 55.23%, 235.44% and 116.38% respectively. The net profit attributable to the parent company in the same period was RMB 36 million, RMB 234 million and RMB 279 million respectively, with year-on-year growth rates of 692.54%, 541.43% and 19.46% respectively.
From 2019 to 2021, the operating income of its portable energy storage products will be 250 million RMB, 893 million RMB and 1.835 billion RMB respectively, accounting for 78.83%, 83.52% and 79.82% of operating costs, respectively. Hello Tech’s business income mainly comes from other countries’ markets. From 2019 to 2021, the company’s overseas sales accounted for 87.27%, 90.09% and 92.55% of the current main business income respectively. Among them, the US market accounted for 45.69%, 42.62% and 48.40% respectively; the Japanese market accounted for 39.70%, 45.73% and 35.33% respectively.
According to the data, Hello Tech’s product shipments accounted for about 16.6% of the market, and the product sales amount accounted for about 21.0% of the market, making it a veritable number one in the market. On March 29, 2022, Hello Tech’s listing application was reviewed and approved by the GEM Listing Committee. On September 6, Hello Tech (301327) officially launched the subscription and will be listed on the GEM soon.
On September 6, 2022, Xiaomi released its first outdoor power supply product, Mijia Outdoor Power Supply 1000Pro, which also means Xiaomi officially entered the mobile energy storage market.
As the name suggests, the Mijia Outdoor Power Supply 1000Pro is equipped with a 1-kWh (1000Wh) battery pack, supports 1800W sine wave output, 1.5-hour fast charging, and dual 100W PD fast charging. All configurations are relatively powerful.
The Mijia Outdoor Power 1000Pro battery pack uses a lithium semi solid state battery, and only 10 single cells are used to form a PACK. The overall number of cells in the battery pack is greatly reduced, and consistency and battery management are more convenient.
The single cell capacity reaches 28Ah, the single cell voltage platform is 3.65V, and the total power is 1022Wh. The battery pack has passed the acupuncture test, meets the IP67 protection level, and can be recharged 1000 times.
Xiaomi also released the Mijia solar panel 100W at the same time. It adopts a foldable structure design. The 3+1 folding mode is more portable, and the bottom has a support plate to adjust the angle to the sun. It supports charging Mijia Outdoor Power Supply 1000Pro (200W Max) after connecting two solar panels in parallel.
